Ultrasound Examination
Non-ionizing, safe, and versatile diagnostic imaging services.
What is Ultrasound?
Ultrasound (also known as sonography) uses high-frequency sound waves to produce real-time images of the inside of the body. Because it does not involve ionizing radiation, it is a very safe, painless, and non-invasive procedure.
It is widely used to examine internal organs (such as the liver, gallbladder, kidneys, and spleen), the pelvis, breasts, and the vascular system. It is also commonly used for monitoring fetal development.
